At Black and Beyond, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard order processing includes both product stitching and shipping, each taking approximately 7–8 business days.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to keep shipping costs minimal while ensuring your items are delivered safely and on time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Across India Only. If your location is outside our standard delivery zone, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays

While we strive to meet the stated delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

National or regional public holidays
Unforeseen logistics disruptions
Weather conditions or natural events

We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods. If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., for an event or gift), we recommend placing it well in advance.

Refund & Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with a mandatory unboxing video.

Note : ₹300 will be charged for processing returns.

How to Request a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us the same day if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This must be supported by an unboxing video.
For size-related issues, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved:

A ₹300 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
The balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
